Mi-Suk and BOKA Restaurant in Seattle's Hotel 1000 are hoting their annual Taste BOKA event on Thursday to show off their culinary prowess. It was really cool getting to shoot this - I got to learn how Mi-Suk infuses the alcohol with fruit flavors by keeping it barreled and in jars for weeks at a time before serving it. Cucumber infused vodka, hibiscus infused rum and jalapeno-celery infused tequila are just a few of the exciting new house infusions we are introducing at this event. Each concoction will be paired with culinary creations by BOKA's new Executive Chef, Peter Birk.
